Poster Making Competition-ISA Collaborative Activity

Our School registered for the prestigious International School Award (ISA) with the aim of providing broader array of cultural representation and introducing an International dimension to our Teaching learning Process. As a part of project "How green is my school" , Poster Making Competition - a collaborative activity with partner countries South Africa and Greenland was taken up by the students of classes III - V on Friday, March 15 2019. The activity was conducted with the objective of making our children explore and gather information about Environmental Conservation. They created inspiring artwork with different decorative materials.This activity not only enhanced their creativity level but also helped them to understand the need of become conscientious stewards of (and advocates for) the environment, protecting it for themselves and generations to come.Teachers were assigned to judge the competition to assess the top winning posters. How green is my school-ISA Activity(Collaborative)

As a part of the ISA Project under the aegis of the British Council,RPS International School Sec-89 conducted an activity-“How Green is my School”  for classes  III - V on Tuesday, March 5 2019 in the school premises. The activity was collaborated with different countries -South Africa and Greenland. “Trees are God’s great alphabet: With them He writes in shining green Across the world His thoughts serene” Keeping in tandem with the aforesaid paradigm,RPSians planted saplings in school compound. However, before they could actually start planting, the School gardener looked on and offer friendly tips to ensure that each sapling was carefully tended. It was such a joyful sight to see the kids taking their tasks so seriously! School Principal Dr.Roopa Marwaha Bhalla and School administrator Ms.Shiva Yadav  joined the students and appreciated them for their concern regarding environment. Let this education not be restricted to the School, let it extend to our homes and areas around
